Simple Return Policy
We guarantee your satisfaction on every product we sell. Should you ever buy anything from us that is not pleasing to you, you may contact us within 30 days from order date for a full refund (less S&H), no questions asked. Simply email us at info@lenalina.com with your order information and reason for the return (just so we know). You can even keep the product. Returns will be processed within 3 business days.
Shipping Domestic
If the item you requested is in stock, it will be shipped out within 3 business days of your order. Depending on the shipping carrier used and your shipping address, it may take 5-7 days for the carrier to deliver.
Shipping International
The customer is responsible for payment of any customs, duties or taxes imposed by the destination country for delivery. Please email us at info@lenalina.com for questions or concerns regarding your return.
